As a result of Jim Fahy's documentary 'The Children Beyond Chernobyl' and through the extreme generosity of the Irish public, Chernobyl Children's Project International recently raised vital funds to purchase and deliver a much-needed anaesthetic machine for the Gomel Regional Hospital in Belarus. This machine means many children can now undergo tonsillectomies under anaesthesia. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all those who made this possible.
