What You Can Do

How you can Volunteer

The spirit of volunteerism is a vital element in the success of Chernobyl Children’s Project International. Our ability to continue our work is due in no small amount to the commitment of such caring people. As a result of their continued support, our work continues to make a huge difference for the better.

Chernobyl Children's Project International is continually seeking   volunteers to help with our work across our Medical, Building & Construction and Rest & Recuperation programmes.

We have also developed In-Country Rest & Recuperation camps in Belarus. These camps provide holidays for children who are too ill or too institutionalised to travel to Ireland. We also require Care Assistants to accompany monthly Medical Teams to Belarus.

This spirit of volunteerism will continue to play a strong role in CCPI and in the organisation’s future development. It is because of the energy, compassion and commitment of the 9,000 volunteers that we have been able to improve the quality of life of so many children.

Programme areas which require volunteers are as follows:

If you think you can help in any of these areas please email info@chernobyl-ireland.com or call 021 4312999.
