On Friday, 17 November Chernobyl Children International founder and Voluntary CEO Adi Roche will launch the book in Waterstones Cork at 7pm.
In ‘Surprised by Fire: Become Who You are Meant to be’ Martina draws on over twenty-five years’ experience in her work in psychology and spirituality, and the book is filled with real life stories and honest accounts of her own learning experiences. Martina is an accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, life coach and spiritual director. She has had two recently published bestsellers ‘Seeing Anew; Awakening to life’s lessons’ and her more recent ‘Whispers in the Stillness; Mindfulness and Spiritual Awakening’, both published by Veritas Publications and have the proceeds donated to Chernobyl Children International (CCI).
Roche will speak on the topic that runs deeply throughout the new publication and is very close to her heart; hope.
The book draws on solid research around happiness and wellbeing, and more importantly, it offers a compelling invitation for readers to discover, and follow their own unique path. It addresses the longing for meaning and purpose that is in every human heart.
