It is with deep sadness that we share news of the death of  Diana Pogorelova, who passed away in Gomel last week at the age of 16.  Diana was part of our Gomel Hospice Programme.  Diana had cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and suffered daily convulsions.  Her condition deteriorated over Christmas, and sadly died in the arms of her loving mother and grandmother.  Throughout her illness Diana was supported by the CCI multi-disciplinary outreach Community Care Hospice Team and her family.  They are in our thoughts at this sad time.

Thank you for helping to give Diana dignity in her death through our Hospice Programme.

Diana will find peace with all of our other little angels.

May she rest in peace.
